Whether you’re planning events, collaborating across organizations, or elevating our voice through compelling digital content, you’re organized, reliable, and energized by purpose‑driven work.

- You’re experienced in event planning and/or project management

- You lead confidently, work independently, and thrive in team environments

- You communicate clearly and creatively—both in writing and in person

- You know how to create, manage, and grow social media platforms and websites

- You’re detail‑oriented, dependable, and excellent at managing time and priorities

- You have a deep appreciation for arts, culture, and community development

- Spanish-speaking skills are a major plus
