Day Shift: Monday Friday

  7: 30 AM 4: 00 PM or

  8: 30 AM 4: 30 PM
  Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Assist individuals with daily activities and tasks throughout the day
• 
  Support individuals during community outings such as fishing, bowling, swimming, volunteering, and other recreational activities
• 
  Serve as a coach, role model, and team player in helping individuals achieve daily and monthly goals
• 
  Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development
• 
  Follow all Goodwill company policies and procedures
• 
  Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Education & Requirements

• 
  Must be 18 years of age or older
• 
  High School Diploma or GED required
• 
  Valid Driver s License required
• 
  Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to help others
• 
  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
