SCOOPS Ice Cream Parlor at Nebraska State Fair

The Heartland United Way and volunteers serve up tasty treats at the Nebraska State Fair, in an effort to raise money for the various organizations we serve in our four-county area. Scoops will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. outside the Cattle Barn.
