CHI Health St. Francis offers Survivorship 101 program for cancer survivors.

The free 9-week rehabilitation program is taught by specially trained nurses and mental health practitioners. This program is designed to help individuals regain their physical, emotional and spiritual health after cancer treatment - in a small, supportive group setting.
