Join us for our upcoming Young Professionals Professional Development Event, Strengths 101, designed to help you better understand how you think, work, and approach challenges.

This interactive session will feature activities where participants move around the room based on their interests, thinking styles, and decision-making approaches. We’ll also take part in a scenario-based exercise that highlights how different people respond to real-world situations. 

By the end of the session, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of whether you tend to fall into executing, influencing, relationship building, or strategic thinking styles—and how to use those strengths in your professional and personal growth.
