Mosaic is looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Direct Support Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our crucial residential support programs. Your core mission will be to maintain a high-quality, compliant, and well-staffed environment.

What you'll do:

This role is perfect for a manager who excels at juggling multiple, critical responsibilities:

Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

Team Oversight: Managing the complete staff lifecycle, including hiring, comprehensive training, and efficient scheduling.

Individual Coordination: Strategically planning and managing the appointments and activities of the individuals in the program.

Record Integrity: Meticulously maintaining all necessary records and documentation.

Essential Foundations: An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services.

Required Certifications: Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and medication administration.

SCHEDULE: Salaried, generally days, but flexibility will be required as hours may include evening, overnights and weekends for On-Call support.
